With over 35 years of experience in thermoplastics, Tontec is specialized in molding plastic parts with engineering polymers, such as ABS, PC, POM, PET, PBT, PA6/66, as well as advanced polymers, such as PPA, PPS, PSU, LCP, PEI & PEEK, with or without fibers.

With several hundred plastic injection molding machines which have a clamping force ranging from 6T to 1000T, we can produce most thermoplastic plastic parts to cater for our customers’ diverse needs.

In addition to ordinary single-component moldings, we are capable of producing multi-component moldings, insert-moldings, gas-assist injection moldings, and decorative plastic parts with in-mold labelling (IML).
